Funny. When the Army assigned my father to Panama, I thought it was going to be the worst place I'd ever been. Hot steamy jungles with nothing to do but count the days. Of course, I was mistaken. Panama proved to be the best place I ever lived. I loved the people, the natural beauty of the country, and I developed life-long friends. I will always have great memories of Panama.

Hi Everyone,
For those of you that don't know, I'm one of BHS 64 Reunion Committee members, along with Carole Salonick Barber and Fred Eversole. Reunion" in August at the beautiful Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra, FL. We had a great time and seeing each other in August ease the pain of having to wait until 2004, when we will get together again to celebrate our 40th Reunion. The BHS Golden Class of 64 sure has something special...

had the good furtune to have lived in Coco Solo from 1971 to 1973 with the navy, I met a lot of wonderful people there and would love to establish contact with them again, if you can't recall me maybe you recall the british sports car I had it was a triumph TR250, Jean Wilder had a red Triumph TR6 and then there was my maroon TR250, the only Triumphs on the Atlantic side i know off, then there was David Dempsey and his wife Glenda Dempsey who had a son by the name of Dylan, in any case would love to hear from anyone who knew me down there.

Dad passed away Feb.23, 2002. He was 82yrs. living in St.Louis, Mo. He workd for the Army as a Civilian in communications.

A brief note to inform all who knew my brother Michael Scott, he passed away on the 17th of September 2002 in Honolulu, HI due to cancer. We the Scott Family, lived in Panama for over 30 years, my family mother (Nancy), father (Ken), and brother Randy, Jeff and Tom. We all went to Balboa Elementary School, and graduated Balboa High School. His ashes will be spread in the land that he loved "Panama Canal Zone", he will be missed by family and friends, God Bless Him. He was 39 years old.
