
TIVOLI SALAD DRESSING
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
4 tbs ketchup
1/2 small clove pressed garlic
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1 cup oil
1 cup cider vinegar
Whip above ingredients until thick and creamy. Add oil and vinegar. Blend or whip until thick and creamy. Put in container. Add onion and let set from 6 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
