
I saw a request for carimaniolas recipe that is simple and easy to make so here it is. First just use the empanada meat recipe for the filling, it sounds good.Boil fresh peeled yucca with a dash of vinegar and salt till it can be mashed to the consistancy of mashed potatoes.Then take the dough and make it into small
oblong balls with the filling in the center and deep fry.Poke holes into the balls
before you fry them or they will explode as 'Peewee Husted' and I found out
to late. Fry them till their brown and enjoy.
