
Turtle eggs are considered a delicacy in Panama and some say they are
more nutritious than hen's eggs. They are eaten raw, cooked, mixed into
pancakes and made into a butter-like spread. Turtle Egg Omlet is made
much the same as the common hen egg variety, using oil for cooking.
