
1/4 C olive oil; 1 large onion, chopped; 1 bell pepper chopped;
1 lb of flank steak; 1/4 C Worchestershire sauce; 1/2 t garlic salt;
1/2 t each of salt and pepper; 1 T oregano; 1 can tomato paste;
1/4 C water; 1/4 C red wine
Saute onions & green pepper in hot olive oil. Shred flank steak in
small pieces. Brown meat with onions and green pepper.
Add Worchestershire, garlic salt, seasonings. Add tomato paste, water
and wine. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
